Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for checking product details, measurements, colours, fabrics and specifications before confirming an order.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

Returns – 30 Days

• Eligible standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

• Customers must contact us within 30 days to request a return.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Products

Made-to-measure furniture, sofas, solutions and curtains are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

• This includes products made specifically to the customer's measurements, specifications, fabric, colour or design.

• This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
